Goal was sub 5:20 average, ended up 5:16 average so I&#39;ll take it.&nbsp;</p> <p>200s were 26 and 28, felt a little wobbly.</p> <p>The entire Layton track team&nbsp;showed up just after us so the track was definitely crowded..</p> <p>1.5 miles cooldown. Still getting over a headcold, but I was definitely happy with today&#39;s workout. &nbsp;Certainly got a long ways to go for any chance at a fast time at Des News this summer...</p> Tue, 23 Feb 2021 07:00:00
