I am quite sure they will say so.
Up and down but mostly down we go. Long legged ladies be quick quick quick.
3 miles of.... chugging along I suppose..
3 miles on the old people bike, 1 mile on the jankmill, and 3 miles on the treadmill. Lovely evening to recreate the Great Flood via Hyperhidrosis...
Mega slow, mega effort. Not a comforting combination. Rather heartbreaking actually. Perks of being lazy for many many many months...
